Tis a beautiful view from the window.
I keep meaning to go and gather leaves so we can put up garlands of them in the house. I really have to get around to doing that, before they're all gone. Did you know that ornamental cherry leaves give off the loveliest fragrance when they're burned? And even more delicate a scent when they're steamed. Now how can I consider a day wasted when it has the scent of steamed cherry leaves in it? Sometimes I think I worry too much about being useful and productive.
You must use all your powers to keep some leaves on the trees til I get there. If need be, go out and tie little strings from branch to leaf to keep them in place.
